               In the Fourth Grade, we believe that true learning is interdisciplinary

               and inquiry based.  We begin a unit by asking ourselves a question. 

               We then investigate the answer to that questions throughout the unit. 

               While specific times slots are allocated to the four core subjects,we do not

               study those subjects in isolation.  Language arts is used to complement our

               study of science and social studies.  Mathematical concepts are, of course,

               included in all areas of study.
